She started out with getting me familiar with the position. Explaining the ends and outs. She asked about my work history anf had me explain my job duties and experiences with each one. Then she asked questions about experiences I've had where I was able to go beyond for a customer, as well a time I encountered and issue and how I was able to resolve it.

good interview answered all questions when presented, interviewer was up to date on all knowledge of the company and procedures. The interview was conducted over the phone, and lasted about 30 mins or so
