Honestly they are just super unprofessional, interviewed in person second round with them almost two months ago, was never sent any follow up, emailed to ask politely for an update and they never responded. It’s not a good look to treat university students like this

They'll first schedule you for an initial intake interview with a regular Human Resources person where the questions are mostly basic behavioral questions. Then, after passing that, they send you to two leaders that represent the two divisions of their R&D: the "laboratory side" where they formulate their products, and the "commercialization side" where they scale up these products and turn them into real-world deliverables.
