Standard interview process; met with a middle manager in a hotel lobby, reviewed the standard interview questions, waited a week before hearing back from the company for another round of questions, then heard back from the District Manager with a job offer.

A fairly easy interview process in terms of being flexible with timing and locations. There were four rounds. One call with the recruiting department that was a screening call essentially. Then two meetings with the direct supervisor, one in person and the other via Teams. Then finally a Teams call with the next level up management-wise. They were very communicative and clear about the next steps. They asked reasonable questions and they seem pretty fair with how they assess people.
