Colloquio
I applied for the position and received an email for a phone interview within one week. After the phone interview I had a face to face 5 days later. It went fairly quick. The entire interview was 2 hours which I felt was a bit too long. I interviewed with 2 managers for 45 minutes and another 2 managers for another 45 minutes and a 30 minute job shadow with an employee.

One of the managers was absolutely the worst interviewer that I've encountered. I felt more like I was being interrogated by the police rather than an interview. He seemed cocky and obnoxious. I knew then that I did not want that position. I was turned off and soured. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't followed up with them not have I heard from and I'm perfectly ok with that.

Colloquio
I had a phone interview with a recruiter and 2 virtual interviews with different hiring managers. All 3 interviews were mainly discussion based, just getting to know each other with some interview questions scattered in, but overall very comfortable and relaxed.
