Long and arduos. Had 8 interviews Met with too many people. Complex Matrix organisation that didnt really know who reported to whom. Did medical, reference checks, probity, police checks - all clear and correct. Then still didn't the job. Had to chase up to find out I wasnt selected. Very poor Human resources and peopel management.
