They used the STAR assessment. Felt extremely detached and difficult to answer. Felt contrived and odd. They just write the whole time and try to help you get key words they are looking for. Feels like they don't care who you are as much as if you can fake yourself to beat the interview STAR assessment.

Pretty bad. HR was not responsive and did not provide constructive feedback when asked respectfully. Pretty disappointing considering how they sold themselves in valuing people. Went through 2 rounds of interviews in total.

Interview process was straightforward. First round interviews and second round interviews. The first round interview was with one manager. The second round interview was with two different managers. The interviewers were very nice.

What do you know about pareto charts and what is your experience with six sigma
They asked questions about my past experience. also they want to know my personalities and mostly questions related with this respect. They didnt ask any technical questions like thermodynamic or fluid.
