1-1 interviews with the hiring team, and phone interviews with HR. Interviews held on-site and included analytical and behavioral questions. Described the team structure and how important it is to find the right person for the job due to wide stakeholder interaction.
I had 2 rounds of great interviews, the leaders were super nice and informative. They also gave helpful career advice and gave numerous examples of career development opportunities at ECL.
