I got selected in Ecolab on Jan ,2022. They took 1 month to release the offer letter and after so many follow ups they released the offer letter and asked me to join in one day after they released the offer. When I asked them to give me 7 days for joining ,they revoked my offer letter .The HRs are completely unprofessional .I will not recommend this organisation.

Durchschnitt. HR was spat für das Meeting. Sie hat wenige Fragen und dauert weniger als 15 Minuten. Fragen sind über meine Erfahrungen und Gehaltsvorstellungen. Ich finde es nicht gut. Sie haben mir nicht gefragt warum ich diese Position beworben habe.

6 hours with multiple interviewers. Many normal interview questions, people are down to earth and good. The panel of people asked very thoughtful questions and listened very well to your answers .
