I just finished my first round of interview, it is unstructured interview, there was 2 interviewers in my first round of interview. It is 45 mins which don't feel too long, they just want to know more about my experience and what I am interested in the company and the role.

It was a phone screen first and then after that if they accept you will be invited for team's video. After that it is HR and team matching but they take long from second stage to final stage.
