Colloquio
1. Aptitude Round: Covers logical reasoning, verbal, and quantitative questions. Typically time-limited (e.g., 30 min for ~30 questions)
2. Coding Round: Focuses on data structures and algorithms, with medium-level tasks such as HashMap manipulation or array-based logic
3. Technical Interview: Common topics include:
OOP concepts
Data structures (e.g., Trees, HashMaps)
SQL queries and joins
Cloud computing fundamentals
Discussion on projects and practical experiences
4. HR Round: Assesses your communication, motivation, alignment with Ecolab’s values, and discussion of achievements and projects
1. Aptitude Test (Quantitative, Logical and Verbal)
2. Coding test (can only write if you get above cut off in Aptitude)
3. Technical Interview (Asked about DSA and personal projects)
4. HR interview
