This was one of the most bizarre interviews I have encountered. As a first step, I had to go through a timed online quiz with some technical questions. Pretty normal. The next step was an in office interview with two company VPs. One of the guys was on Zoom while the other sat in the room with me. I was handed sheets of construction paper and asked to answer nebulous physics questions (some of which were very similar to the online screen). I had to write or draw out my thought process and answers on sheets of construction paper while the two sat in silence watching me do it. This went on for about an hour and a half with zero feedback or additional engagement from the two interviewers. Didn't get an offer in the end.

I was interviewed by a 2 member team. It went on for about 2 hours. It was very technical focused Interview. Overall I liked the interview and thought it went well.
