Quite simply the most seamless interview process I have ever been through! The Edelman recruiters really know what they're doing and have so much respect for their candidates, which seems quite rare these days. I applied online on a Thursday and received an offer two weeks later. I went through 3 phone interviews, two in-person interviews, and one writing test.

Talent acquisition was very communicative throughout the entire interview process. They were super clear on next steps and overall organized setting up following interview rounds. They gave reason/feedback as to why I wasn't selected in the end — which was really helpful and I appreciated.

Pasa por reclutamiento. de forma agil te pasan a entrevista con los lideres del area y posterior finalizas con entrevista con deputy manager y RRHH, en mi caso el proceso fue muy rápido pero he llegado a escuchar que tienden a demorar un poco más
