I applied online and received a call from HR. He set up an interview with me and three other people in the department I was applying for, one peer and two supervisors. However, each interview was done individually. I don't have previous agency experience, but had worked in a similar industry. I really would have liked to do a panel interview to allow myself more time to demonstrate my relevant experience instead of repeating myself over and over again.
