I was interviewed in two rounds. The first round was with a recruiter I had been in contact with. Despite what some reviews about Edelman may say my experience was great! The interviewer was extremely kind, and we took time to find which team I was interested in. We also had a talk about the company values and DEI which I appreciated.

Online written task on press release and social media post drafting. Can finish it in one hour. After that will be in person interview with managers. Interview questions are easy and casual.

Only did the first round which was a phone screening. Recruiter didn't seem that engaged and sounded like they were in a rush to get off the phone. Communication via email is quick though, and they're transparent about the process and updates so that's a plus.
