Ghosted after giving in-person presentation!
Words can’t express how disappointing my experience with Edelman was. I was genuinely excited about this role and invested significant time and effort to give myself the best possible chance of getting it.
My initial screening call with the talent team went very well. I received positive feedback, and they told me my CV aligned closely with the role. I was then invited to a first-stage interview, which was also promising. After that, I was assigned a substantial task to complete, quite a heavy ask for a mid-to-late £30K role. Since I work a 9-5, I had to sacrifice an entire weekend to complete it.
I presented the task in person at the London office on a Monday. Despite some nerves, the presentation went well. On Wednesday, I received an email from the talent team saying the team “enjoyed” meeting me and “enjoyed” the presentation. They asked about my availability for a follow-up call on Friday. I responded promptly, but Friday came and went with no call.
I emailed to say I understood if they had forgotten, but asked to reschedule for Monday as I was eager for feedback. Completely reasonable if you ask me after putting so much time and energy into the task. Monday passed, no response. I followed up again on Tuesday but this time reached out to the person who interviewed me. No response. I emailed the talent team again on Wednesday. Three’s a charm, still nothing. Shortly after, I noticed they had reposted the job advert on LinkedIn. That felt really good!
I’m baffled by how poorly candidates can be treated, especially in a job market as competitive and challenging as this. I spent hours preparing for the task and presentation. The least they could do was sparing me 10 minutes even if the outcome wasn’t what I wanted.
But yeah really professional well done guys!

Several interviews, including a panel one. Hr screening followed by interview with hiring manager and then several VPs in the industry you’re interviewing for eg. Healtg, they ask a lot of technical and work related questions

The interview process was straightforward. I had an initial call with an in-house recruiter. She scheduled me for two hours of back-to-back 30 min interviews the following week. I met with 4 people who mostly asked me the same questions, so it was a bit tiresome by the end of the 2 hours. I should mention that the hiring manager came off as condescending and I could tell he was messaging/emailing during our conversation. One of the interviewers told me that one of the head honchos over there uses the motto that being overworked is a "privilege." Honestly that sounds scary. I did not get an offer, and I was ok with that after meeting with these people.
He tenido varias entrevistas, incluyendo una con cliente. También tuve una presentación de una caso y prueba de personalidad. El proceso ha ido fluyendo, con oportunidad de hacer preguntas al empleador
