Interviewed for the DXI team, they were all very kind and welcoming. Interviewed with a recruiter first and then they set two interviews with managers. They asked general questions and just wanted to learn more about you as a person.

Tell me about a time you received negative feedback.
Had three interviews - one with HR, one with the associate vice president, and one with the program manager that was scheduled at the last minute. They all lasted around 30 minutes.

Colloquio
At first everything went well and smoothly. I applied online via LinkedIn. A week later, an HR manager contacted me via email and scheduled an initial phone interview with me. The HR really tried to adapt to my circumstances as we had a great timezone difference, and it pleased me.
But on the day of the phone interview the HR was 30 (!) minutes late, without notifying me in advance - that really astonished me. The itself interview went well and covered simple questions. The HR was great to communicate, but I was disappointed to hear that the HR cannot answer my questions related to the job because of the lack of the details (in fact, the HR only possessed the details on the position from the job description). It was strange enough. At the end of the interview, the HR assured me that I would get the feedback in a week.
After the interview everything went well - the HR answered my thank-you email in a warm way, though three days later. Then a radio silence for a couple of weeks. That was surprising taking into account that the HR identified the decision timeline during the interview and promised to update me in any case. Moreover, I was absolutely taken aback to see that they re-posted the same position on LinkedIn.
When two weeks later I sent an email inquiring the updates on the hiring process, the HR was quick to answer that they were still in the process of reviewing applicants and that she would let me know as soon possible. Ten days after, a complete radio silence and total indifference to my second follow-up email, though before the HR was actively engaged in the communication loop with me.
So the process was interrupted halfway. For a global reputable company like Edelman, this process looked extremely unprofessional and left me with a feeling of confusion.
