I had a very positive experience interviewing with Edelman Financial Engines. The process consisted of three stages: an initial conversation with a recruiter, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and a financial planner. Each stage was well-organized, professional, and communicated clearly. The recruiter was responsive and helpful in setting expectations, and both the hiring manager and planner created a welcoming environment while still asking thoughtful, relevant questions. Overall, the process felt thorough but efficient, and I appreciated the transparency throughout. It gave me a strong sense of the company culture and what the role would entail.

The interview process was professional but it also felt casual. I was very comfortable and felt like I was just having a conversation with every person I interviewed with. Overall it was one of the most comfortable interviews I have ever had.
