I saw the previous review and was hesitant to apply.But again thought of giving it a shot.A lady recruiter reached me and asked me when can I have a telephonic interview.She asked me to send my available times in a calendar attached in mail.I responded immediately. Two days after that recruiter mailed me again t check if she can prepone my interview time by two days.I said ok. Finally the day came and she completely forgot about that.Based on previous review I waited for 15 mins and called her. Her response was ridiculous,"Oh! was I supposed to call you?Let me check the mail.Can you give me 10 mins.I will call you".Finally she called after 15 more mins.(I took permission from office for 1 hour-with commuting and this 30 mins,its done.I had to postpone my meetings). She asked me basic questions about my experience, interest and she said "Perfect, this would be a great match." She mentioned that she will mail me some coding question and I have to send it in mail. I responded to that on the same day.I didn't get any acknowledgement from her.When I checked with her she said ,"Oh, let me check.its here! :)". That's it till now , its been a month + no response.I sent a mail recently just to know feedback.No response at all. Really weird and worst experience.Not sure what they think about other people's time or is this a special treatment for QA.
