They claim to be financial advisors. All they do is wrap an etf portfolio with a fee. 1 solution fits all clients needs. They are not fiduciaries that’s for sure. The guy that interviewed me asked me if I could do planning on the fly. He told me sometimes they write on the window. What a joke.

I found the job on LinkedIn and applied as well as connected with the Recruiter. After a good phone conversation with the HR Rep I was invited to have an in-person interview at the Phoenix/Biltmore location. I met with four managers/supervisors in teams of two each for about 30 mins or so. Each team asked different kinds of questions with the first team being more of a "tell us about yourself" type of session and the second being more behaviorial interview style. I was very glad I had spent a lot of time preparing for the interview including learning about my interviewers via LinkedIn ahead of time. This helped with building rapport, calming my own nerves and not stuttering when responding to more difficult questions.
