Very unprofessional. This is only a 30-minute phone screening and my interviewer was 15 minutes late. I was asked basic questions that my resume answered. The interviewer was even condescending and asked if I was sure I was aware of the location of this job, despite my cover letter making it clear that I was happy to relocate.
