2 phone screens and then 2 more interviews. For the type of position, I think it was over kill and too prolonged a process 3 yrs ago. Not sure what they are doing now, probably not much because of the turnover

There was a phone interview with recruiter, then another phone interview with a manager, followed by an in-person interview at local office. That was followed by a background check and I presume reference checks.
