I met 5 CXOs and 3 HR personnel over three meetings spread over 2-3 months. The HR team is quite disorganized and tries to play to hide its indecisiveness. Edelweiss officially says that they value entrepreneurial experience and well-rounded experience. However, the HR f team has got blinkers. They fail to appreciate any deviation from the conventional career contour.

Colloquio
Interview process has around 6 rounds including the customary ones. Everyone seemed to be functionally/technically sound and don't take things for granted when going for a discussion. Even the senior director level guys also would put your knowledge to a test. If you are being considered for a senior position like an AVP, they make you meet or talk to every possible stakeholder, so expect a lot of rounds. HR is usually a formality if the business likes you.
