Interview process was overall easy, quick and efficient. I wish more companies ran like this. It took a total of 2 weeks from the first call to the offer. All the interviews has a mix of behavioral and conversational get to know you questions. Everyone was great, engaged, and easy to talk to you. 3 total interviews: 1. Phone screening with the recruiter 2. Interview with the hiring manager 3. Interview with a cross function team leader (for me it was the director of Merch) Edenred, you did a great job with the recruiting process. There was no down time, and you quickly responded within 24 hours if we were moving forward. Keep it up!
