It was good. But i had some technical issues.the interviewer was good as well she was kind. And asked average questions not the hard ones.one should do their research before interview and read about the company from website

Introduce yourself and your strength and your weakness
Luego de llenar la aplicación online. te llega un correo donde:
1 - Your application will NOT move forward if you do not answer the video/essay questions on the test.
2 - There is an anti-cheating monitor which starts automatically once you begin the tests.
3 - Please have a stable internet connection (25 - 30 MBPS) for the images to load.
4 - Assessment should be taken on desktop devices and/or Chrome and Mozilla browsers as you may experience issues uploading video questions using Safari or Apple products.
5 - Please use the same email/name for attempting the test which you have used on Bamboo HR.

After being shortlisted for the role they have conducted an assessment.
Then scheduled an online interview that went well after that they scheduled another one three weeks later and at the end of interview they mentioned that they are not hiring right now and would let me know after 4 weeks. Why would you even post a job when you’re not hiring.
After 1.5 months I emailed them for follow up and finally
After my 2-3 emails they again scheduled third interview which I think was just a formality as the hr was like we have talked before so just give your introduction again and after that she said we will let you know soon.
Fast forward to 2 weeks later no reply. I sent a-lot of emails to them asking about the decision.
No matter what I believe every company owes a interviewee a simple email stating that they have not been selected especially when you have scheduled three interviews with them.
After my 5-6 email I got a reply that sorry we have to more forward with another candidate.
No matter if you are offering 200k or 600k least you could do is fix your HR department and be more professional.
My application process started in June and I got closure in September that is so unprofessional.
