Steps 1: CV shortlisting. Steps 2: If CV is short listed then HR will call and schedule an Online Test. Those test are usually coding test and related to the relevant technologies you are applying for. It is a proctored test and there is a cut-off marks to qualify to the next round. For one correct answer all the test cases(test cases are loaded) of the problem needs to be passed. Step 3: If you clear this Online coding test, then HR will call and schedule a technical discussion with the available panel. Step 4: Technical discussion happened usually via video call and normally takes 1-1.25 hours. Core technical questions and conceptual question are normally asked. Step 5: If first round of technical round cleared then next is a discussion with the Product Director. It's usually a telephonic round. Step 6: This is the final HR round and CTC & other benefit related discussion happened. For me whole process since I got the first call from HR to getting the offer letter, it took around 3 weeks and throughout the process HR or the recruiter was very helpful.
