Colloquio
Multi-round phone and Zoom interviews with Analysts, then Associates, then VPs. Technical and behavioral, with earlier rounds being more technical. Healthcare deal knowledge, at least at a basic level is necessary. Technicals are fairly simple compared to the BBs.
4 rounds total. Each round was mostly behaviorals / some easy technicals. Every interviewer asked TMAY, why IB, why HC, etc. Didn't get the offer, but I thought they were nice people overall.

Process consisted of 5 interview rounds, with the first being an initial phone screen of mostly behavioral questions. Second round was all technical questions, rounds 3-5 were more conversational chats with senior members of the team.
