An HR and a consultant interviewed me. It is the first round interview and lasts for 30 mins. HR asked typical behaviorial questions like "why edgeworth" "what's your understanding of edgeworth" "what part of your current work you like the most and the least". The consultant's questions are more technical. She asked "explain regression to a lawyer" "how do you handle missing values in a dataset" "what are the challenges when doing data analysis". I didn't expect the consultant would join the first round interview (thought there was only the HR) so I was not fully prepared for some of the technical questions. Feels sad.

Recruiter reached out by email and had a phone call afterwards. Asked Basic questions. Promised to follow up with with an email to schedule the next interview. Never did and stopped responding to my emails.
