I applied online and received an email invitation for an interview the next day along with a call from the company to confirm the same. I was given a two-day notice to appear for the interview. The email noted both the company's address as well as a hyperlink to their location on google maps so navigating to the interview was hassle free. I was also given a reminder of the interview appointment by phone on the day of the interview. The company was clean, the staff seemed nice and the place had adequate security and fire safety measures too. I needed to make an entry at the gate and was given a visitor's pass and then allowed into the building. I met the receptionist and was asked to wait for about five minutes after which i was briefed about the interview process. "We have three rounds in our interview process; a writing test where you will be asked to write a small paragraph on any topic, a grammar test and finally after a copywriter goes through your tests you will have a face to face interview with the CEO"...'receptionist' After writing a simple article on a random topic for about half an hour i had to wait a few minutes for the grammar test (simple objective test) upon completion of which i was made to wait about 15 minutes before meeting the CEO. The CEO was a young lady who asked simple questions to determine my availability for work, my general attitude towards work and how long i intended to work at the company should they select me. Apart from that i was asked a few personal questions to gauge my personality. After this the CEO told me i would be informed whether i get selected or not.

There were 2 written tests one was an essay writing on a preferred topic and a multiple choice questionnaire and one on one meeting with the CEO who askes very professional questions and was very friendly and gave a very helpful feed back at the end of the intervew.
