4 rounds, 10 interviews.
1st round screening - General interest and basic qualifications.
2nd round technical - In depth technical questions to gauge experience.
3rd round mix technical and personality interview with 5 or 6 people - Random style of questions with interviewers that seem to be unprepared for the interviews. Answers from them about company culture were not honest as they conflicted with each other.
4th round 2 interviews - Culture fit questions. And why I'd moved from my last opportunities.
Overall I entertained this opportunity cause I wanted to a backup company. However it seemed they wanted something similar. Didn't seem like they have great company culture nor any work life balance. Their idea of diversity is having their entire team from India. Interviews were a waste of time as they all asked the same questions and booked 45 minute slots for 15 minutes interviews. In the end they wanted 2 weeks to get the offer and I told them to not waste my time.
