      Candidatura

      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 3 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Edifecs (Gurgaon, Haryana) nel mese di dic 2014

      Colloquio

      Got call from direct HR and process took around 3 months. They conducted around 6 rounds of technical interviews from their US team. Interview was very basic majorly they were explaining about their work type and understanding what my current company is doing. AVP, VP and directors were taking my technical interviews. Interview process was very slow, it took around 3 months. finally they called me for HR discussion to their office in Vatika Business Center, Gurgaon, as they told its their temporary office and very soon they are shifting to some other location. Again they took my 4 HR rounds 1st with Recruiter, 2nd with Lead Recruiter, 3rd with HR Director and finally with Asia Pacific HR. They were showcasing as they are big shot in Product development and comparing with Google, Microsoft and Amazon. They asked for salary expectations and willing to give whatever I quoted. After that day I was getting almost daily calls from them to send documents to roll out my offer letter. After submitting all the required documents, I haven't heard for almost 1 week and I called back to Recruiter and came to know that she has left the organization and she shared Asia Pacific HR's no. I called him and he told me that they will roll out my offer in first week of Jan. 2015. when I checked with them about my status as I have to take decision to join either this organization or other. I came to know that guy also left the organization and when I asked, what's happening with this organization and he told they don't have clear directions and no growth plans, people are leaving this company. Its your decision if you want to join than I can ask for your candidature status. and they already over hired people last year and not having that much work. So I decided not to follow up with anybody as HR people itself looking for job than their is not point of working with this company. I would say they are most confusing and very unprofessional in terms of hiring. I read very negative 's reviews on Glassdoor and thinking may be few people were not satisfied that's why the put it. but now I realized how frustrated they are.

      No so much technical questions? Majorly discussing about their products and will try to understand what kind of business your current organization is doing? how garbage collector works?
