I was asked some behavioral questions and then I was presented with scenarios relating to my position. I was asked to detail what I would do in what order and why. Afterwards I had to write a practical exam regarding my skills for the position.

The interview process took a total of about 4 months from the time of applying online, having a virtual interview, processing an Enhanced Security Clearance, and reference checks. The actual interview involved two employees, and they asked mostly behavioural and situational questions. There was a small portion in the middle of the interview where they tested my technical competency in C# and SQL. Note: they required a current supervisor as a reference, so be prepared to inform your current supervisor about being a reference.
