Spent nearly 5hrs., between 2 interviews for this position. Disorganized, unprepared and clear there are human resource (staffing) issues at this company. I was leary about the strict management by the owner, who was adamant that they never allow management employees to work from home, for any reason. The work-life balance seemed at risk when the owner mentioned, other management staff "make this job their life, their heart and soul." They didn't provide the respect to let me know they had hired another candidate, after spending 5hrs with them. I think I dodged a bullet.
