This company simply grandfathered in all of the Substitutes from the former staffing company that held the contract for the local school districts in my area so there was no actual interview just paperwork to complete the transition. There was then a mass meeting of all the substitutes who chose to work with this agency a couple weeks before school to give us all the information we needed about this company.

The interview process included an initial application review, followed by a panel interview with structured questions. Candidates discussed experience, problem solving, and role knowledge, with time for questions and clarification.
It was a great Experience. It went smoothly and was super easy. Nothing to worry about, just introduce yourself and go from there. I can’t begin to explain how easy it is.
There was no interview. Just sign up, join the workshop, and turn in all required documents. The process is quick. It took about 2 weeks for me to get through the process and into the system.
