First I have shortlisted by resume ...then there was a telephonic round ,one of the member in the company will call you and ask about yourself,skills,further questions related to the role .They'll explain the work process and ask our interest whether we want to be in this role or not.ask us to select work location all over india.Its was quiet normal without any pressure or deep questions.
