One of Edward Jones' values is "respect for individuals," however, the initial interview phase does demonstrate it. Candidates receive a request to complete an "On-Demand" interview, which consists of recording yourself (no two-way dialogue because the recruiter/hiring manager does not have the time for it) and answering several questions. After about a week, you learn whether you will move forward or not. Essentially, a third party manages the beginning phase of the interview process, and candidates are herded through (or not) like cattle. A total lack of "human touch."
