Application is very long, followed by a phone call from home office, then you go in for an interview with an FA, then you have a day in the life where for half a day, you are bothered and assaulted by actors pretending to be the worst clients to see how you react under pressure.

Took a long time in between interviews and they are very thorough with who they choose. They are always upfront and easy to talk to. Everything went great till the very end and the day in the life exercise
