It is very long. Took 2 months from application to offer. Thorough background check. Phone interview then in person interview. Sometimes can be follow up interview for top candidates for same position but in my case I did not have a follow up interview. Assesment test follows after interviews.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
