This impromptu, unprofessionally orchestrated phone screening was an off-putting experience. I was contacted by an Edward Jones recruiter from New Jersey and was immediately turned off by his lack of knowledge with regards to my resume, experience and overall objective. All pertinent information was sent over weeks in advance and was perfectly articulated for future recollection and screening purposes.
