Very lengthy. I suggest to have a lot of patience and luck when you get a face to face with your Advisor, it depends if you guys will click or not and keep in mind there's only two of you in the office. I got unlucky with the FA that was partnered with me and I am thankful that I did not get the offer because the FA was very egotistic and made fun of the old BOA he worked with. The FA even told me when I asked why is the position open, he said that his BOA asked to transfer because they didn't get a long because he had mental issues. (He shared too much of his personal life to me, at that point I just want to leave that office) I advice to get to know the FA more because you'll be having a close relationship. If you don't mind a quiet office, then go for it but if you are a sociable person this is not a job for you. It will be boring.

The interview process included a phone interview with a recruiter, recorded video responses to multiple prompts, and finally an in-person interview with the financial advisor. The process took several weeks.
