Applied online and received a message for a telephone interview that night. The telephone interview was very basic and asked situational questions to make sure I was to communicate well. Then, had a f2f interview with the Financial Advisor. A week later was called in for a second interview. Background check took the longest which was about 10 business days. The whole process took about a month.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.

Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.
