Recorded questions and answers, able to record multiple times and review before submitting. 5 questions in total 4 of them were video recordings.. it takes away the nervousness of the face to face interview, be authentic, don't overanalyze yourself as sometimes it is easy to do if you rewatch the recordings.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.

Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.
