Recruiter called and asked questions about my experience and interests. They had send an email about calling that I had not yet read. I said I had company visiting me when I received the call, but the recruiter proceeded with the interview and I was not prepared.

The interview process consisted of three separate interviews. First, a self recorded video interview taken in one single take, a phone interview with recruiter (and then hiring leader), and panel interview.
It was a video interview where you were walked through how to participate in recording and answering questions. You had time to prepare before each recording, although only one attempt

It was a very positive experience. When I arrived, the staff were welcoming and they showed me around the office. It was a panel style interview that took place in a large conference room and it lasted over three hours.
