I applied online in October and received a phone interview in November. The interview was fairly straight forward. Just a lot of behavioral and personality questions. In mid December I received an email letting me know I got an offer. The great thing about the interview process is you get to choose your location preferences at the end of the interview.

There were two different stages. One that was similar to HireVue where you recorded your own answers, but you could rerecord and take your time, which was nice. The second was with a person from Human Capital and was all behavioral.

The interview process was friendly but formal and serious. The team members are very helpful in learning about the company but ask question to learn about you. They truly seem to care if you are a good fit.

The first step is a systematic interview, recording interview questions for 2 minutes or less in front of the camera, there are a lot of small questions, all about behavior question. The overall difficulty is not high.
