Lengthy application process. Apply online by submitting resume, if approved you will then complete an application which requires 10 years of verifiable employment experience. The next step was a telephone interview, which I found difficult. If you pass the telephone interview, you will then be scheduled for a face to face interview with the financial advisor. You will have to pass credit check, background checks and a drug screen.The process took approximately 2 months.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.

Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.
