Since Edward Jones's interview process is entirely online, you first have to do a HireVue interview. Since the position was accepting candidates fresh out of high school, the HireVue questions weren't really that hard, but you have unlimited time to prepare for each question. Once you hear back, you will then be invited to a video interview typically with 2-3 different people. They will of course ask questions regarding your experience and even ask questions to engage how you think. I had to walk through every step of my thinking process with them so they understood even just a bit how my brain works. They were all great people though. Loved to joke and all.
