Interview was held with the Senior owner and his Son who is the project manager. A telephone interview was held then a face to face a few days later. We spoke of my past projects and actions that I had developed to assist work, training provided to improve the quality of the employees, my interest in reducing exposures in the workplace by continuous site inspections. I have been a manager of claims for past employers and directed solution process to include retraining.
