Initially, I undergone a online test in my campus and the shortlisted candidates were called for first round interview on our campus on the same day.I was the only one shortlisted on the first round interview process which covers all the basic concepts of computer science. I was called for further rounds to Efftronics office and multiple rounds were conducted all the day, which is a long process in which many tests and interviews were conducted. They include: Psychological test and interview, coding test on C and interview on the same , dbms test along with interview, computer organization and operating systems test , general hr interview ,personality test, medical test and final tech interview. It lasts a day and finally I am the only one selected among all the attendees on that day. Although ,it is a tough process ,it gives me a good experience.

I applied through college. They online test comprises mostly about our core subjects they asked ques on physics also in online test . they announced results for nextday later they called for an interview in vijayawada office .They asked technical questions for 45 min and Programming questions too.Later they said 10 candidates were shortlisted but they called only 4 members for final interview ECE dept members r not shortlisted bz they want only cse members.Final interview is -personality questions of Yes/ no -psychology test -Programming questions -database quieres 14 qs and 3 qsa on dbms topic subjects -aptitude questions -os,cd,se subjects questions later shortlisted candidates are done the req process My suggestion is if u r so techieeeeeeeeee in programming and it basics u can apply otherwise it is waste of ur time they didn't consider ur english capabilty and way of exressiveness gthey concentrate only on Programmingggggggg.
