No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to learn and work as part of a team. It’s more about attitude and enthusiasm than formal qualifications.

It was very informal and rushed at the back of the store and I was contacted immediately after the process. Questions were standard and can be practiced beforehand. This can differ from branch to branch.
