Meeting with manager and she was friendly and informative then meeting with department manager and got a tour in the departments and introduce me to a senior team manager and asked me to summarise one of the projects that they did

I meet the Manager and she told me that I am accepted and just to send her a description of organization project and I did not get a response. I was really disappointed and I did not know why she told me that I am accepted and did not resonde. It would be better to say I will call incase you are accepted or you are not accepted
