1st stage - Phone interview. It's very basic and brief, basically you discuss the job and the company. 2nd stage- Another phone interview. This time you'll be talking to one of the Engineering Managers, to discuss your CV and what you know about the company. 3rd stage- You get a take home test, you get a week to complete it. 4th stage Two video interviews, back to back. First interview verbal technical interview and the second interview is a behavioural interview. Overall, it was a good interview. It's not a waste of time like other people have mentioned. Process logically makes sense. I was informed about each stage and was provided feedback. Even if you don't end up getting a job, this process allows you to reflect back on the stages you have completed and polish yourself up.
